Terms of Service – Hair Chauffeur Store

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hair Chauffeur Store, a platform that helps beauty supply stores and salons manage their products, orders, inventory, and deliveries. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the store or salon you register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Hair Chauffeur Store cannot be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

2. Store Content & Inventory

You are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, images, and stock levels you publish. You agree not to list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items. Hair Chauffeur Store may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Paid subscription tiers (Basic, Premium, Elite, and Marketing Pro) unlock Store Manager features. All digital subscription purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system within the Hair Chauffeur Store iOS app, in accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Payment and renewal are managed through your Apple ID settings.
The web app is for account management only and does not process subscription payments.

4. Orders, Deliveries & Payments

Hair Chauffeur Store facilitates order management and delivery logistics. Physical product sales, delivery charges, and merchant payouts are handled separately from digital subscriptions. You are responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and on time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload offensive or adult content, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Chauffeur Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
